Source lead data stored in a single, unprotected Google Form repository was vulnerable to accidental modifications, compromising data integrity and cascading errors through reporting systems. Manual lead distribution across three sales representatives (Phuong Thao, Anh Khoa, Anh Thu) lacked consistency and scalability. Without integrated performance tracking, management possessed limited visibility into conversion metrics, severely constraining resource optimization and bottleneck identification.

Results

The automated system processed and distributed 600+ leads with 100% data integrity protection. Real-time dashboards unified performance metrics across six conversion stages, with 208 leads successfully contacted and 54 progressed to call/interview stage. Individual representative dashboards enabled granular lead tracking. The dynamic architecture automatically rebalances lead distribution when team composition changes, supporting sustainable growth. Implementation delivered measurable improvements in data reliability, operational efficiency, and process standardization.
